We are looking to hire a qualified Head Rigger to support our team. As a Head rigger, you will be required to work closely with the sales and project management team as well as the clients in consulting them and developing rigging solutions.

optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the smooth functioning of ES:ME across United Arab Emirates and International Markets.
As a Crew Manager in the Events Industry, you will be responsible for the sourcing and recruitment of freelance technicians specializing in lighting, audio, and rigging.
As an Events Customer Relationships Manager, you will be responsible for driving
sales and fostering strong, lasting relationships with our clients in the events industry.
We are looking to hire a qualified Head Rigger to support our team. As a Head rigger, you will be required to work closely with the sales and project management team as well as the clients in consulting them and developing rigging solutions.
Work closely with Project Manager on client accounts and events, towards improving client retention within the Group. Inform Operations and Sales personnel when final confirmation is given.
Prepare and communicate technical production & labor schedules, sub-rental requirements, project scope, execution plan, and individual responsibilities to lead crew members, vendors, and venue.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment, including Crestron systems. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure seamless installations.
The role requires someone with a deep understanding of the events industry, excels in PR, digital marketing and has the drive and expertise to develop the marketing team.
The role will primarily lead efforts to identify new market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
You will also play a crucial role in organizing their travel and onboarding to ensure the seamless execution of events.
