As an AV Technician, you will:
Installation and Setup:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment, including Crestron systems.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure seamless installations.
Maintenance and Support:
Perform routine maintenance on AV systems.
Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks to ensure optimal performance of AV systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Client Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients during installations and service calls.
Provide training to end-users on system operation.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and upgrades.
Create detailed reports for management and clients.
Crestron Certification: Must be Crestron Certified (CTS or higher).
Minimum of 3 years in AV installation and support.
