FIFA Arab Cup, Opening Ceremony

We played a crucial role in organizing and executing the grand opening ceremony of the FIFA Arab Cup at Al Bayt Stadium in Qatar. Our team meticulously planned for months, working closely with venue stakeholders to ensure that the lighting, visual effects, and rigging perfectly complemented the cultural themes and performances.

Our work included installing catenary wires, screens, hoists, and a comprehensive lighting setup with diverse equipment to create a spectacular atmosphere for this historic event.

In 2021, we were tasked with creating a lavish setting for a Qatari wedding by installing a 10m-high, 38m-diameter Skyliner roof structure and lighting over a large temporary ice rink in a residential area.

Despite pandemic-related delays, we overcame logistical challenges, including restricted access and the need for increased roof clearance to accommodate palm trees in the villa's garden. Adhering to COVID-19 regulations, we worked in small groups, managing limited team availability due to travel restrictions.

Microsoft Data Centre Launch

For the launch of the new regional Microsoft Datacenter in Qatar, our team expertly managed all technical aspects of the event, from LED screens to sound, lighting and cameras, at the Marsa Malaz Kempinski Hotel Ballroom.

Our mission was clear: to deliver excellence - and we ensured every detail contributed to a flawless event experience.

Audi quattro Cup World Final 2024

The Audi Oman Golf Awards 2024 was a multi-day event held across four venues in Oman, including the Kempinski Hotel, The Chedi, Rozna Restaurant, and Al Mouj Golf Course. Organized by Audi AG in collaboration with Jacaranda Sports Consulting GmbH, this private competition brought together approximately 100-150 VVIP guests.

ESME provided comprehensive event engineering services, including audio, video, lighting, and manpower. Despite the logistical challenge of daily setup and dismantling across different locations, the team ensured seamless execution, supported by a local partner, Talentz.

The client expressed satisfaction with ESME's professionalism and expressed their intent to collaborate on future events in Oman. This project marked another step in establishing ESME’s presence in the Oman market, with interest from prestigious venues such as Kempinski Hotel for upcoming events.

Lexus Reveal

For the highly anticipated Lexus reveal in KSA in 2023, ESME transformed a bare venue into a captivating stage environment. From the ground up, our team created an immersive setting that showcased the Lexus brand in an impactful way. This included designing and constructing a custom-built stage that highlighted the vehicle’s unveiling, complemented by intricate lighting, video effects, and soundscapes that amplified the grandeur of the reveal.

We handled every technical aspect, from rigging and audio-visual installations to production management, ensuring a seamless event experience for Lexus and its audience. The final setup delivered a visually striking atmosphere, combining innovation with precision to meet Lexus’s high standards for quality and elegance.

Web Summit 2024

As the technical partner for the inaugural Web Summit Qatar, ESME delivered comprehensive rigging and lighting solutions across six key stages, connecting the region’s tech leaders with global investors. Our team worked efficiently, splitting into two units for precise rigging of audio, LED screens, and banners, while also assisting other contractors to keep the project on schedule.

When a delayed shipment threatened timelines, ESME swiftly provided additional trusses and support equipment and extended work shifts to ensure the setup was completed on time. This project, valued at QAR 2.0 million, reflects our commitment to overcoming challenges with innovative solutions and unwavering dedication to our client’s vision.

This desert escapade was a true delight, featuring parachute jumps, camel rides, dazzling shows, DJs, live bands, and mouthwatering culinary experiences. Our team worked passionately to make every moment flawless, delivering reliable rigging, audio, lighting, power, and show operation services.
