What we need from you:

Manage the entire budget and planning lifecycle of the project: from RFQ assessment to final proposal, and execution, working closely with the Head of Estimation.
Interpret and transform client briefs into reality.
Proven ability to manage budgets, track project costs and ensure profitability.
Manage Quotes, Sub Hires, Purchase Orders and Invoices
Understand the technical requirements and communicate with the technical teams
On-site management: oversee set up, rehearsal, live execution and de-rig
Responsible for liaising with all relevant stakeholders including clients, suppliers, operational team and crew.
Manage crew and freelancer costs working closely with the Crew Manager and Heads of Department.
Work closely with the Operations team and freight forwarders to ensure all equipment is scheduled in line with the production timeline and costs are aligned with the project

Skills & qualifications required:

Budget Management Experience is a must.
Strong understanding of AV, Lighting, Audio, Rigging, Video and Power.
Proficient in project planning and events planning tools such as: Vectorworks, AutoCAD.
Proven leadership, organizational and communication skills.
HSE: Ensure Health and safety is compliant at all times, ensure proper documentation: Risk Assessments are compliant with region standards and
safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
Experience using HireTrack NX is an advantage.

IOSH/NEBOSH Certification
Project Management certification PMP, PRINCE 2
First Aid Certificate
10+ years of project management in the event industry
