Group People and Culture Manager

Engineering company, with offices in the UAE, Qatar and soon to open in KSA.
We are dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences. As we expand our
operations, we recognize the need for a dedicated People and Culture Manager
to help build and shape our group’s company culture from the ground up. We
are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team and
drive the development and implementation of people strategies and initiatives.
Role Overview: As the People and Culture Manager at ES:ME Entertainment
Services, you will play a pivotal role in building a positive and inclusive work
culture that reflects our values and supports our growth. Based in Dubai You will
have the exciting opportunity to establish and shape the People and Culture
department on a group level (KSA, Qatar and UAE) partnering closely with
leadership to create and implement strategies that attract, develop, and retain
top talent. Your expertise in culture building, employee engagement, and
Human Resources practices will be essential in driving our success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Culture Building and Employee Engagement:
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and articulate the company’s
    core values, mission, and vision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a vibrant and inclusive
    work culture.

Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance
morale, motivation, and teamwork.

2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and
    identify hiring needs.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and
    qualified candidates.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive
    experience for new hires.

3. Performance Management and Development:

  • Establish performance management processes, including goal
    setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support managers in providing regular coaching, development
    opportunities, and recognition to employees.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs to
    enhance employee skills and career growth.
4. Employee Relations and Policies:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and
    support on the matters of Human resources.
  • Develop and maintain Human ressource policies, procedures, and
    employee handbooks in compliance with relevant laws and
    regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances with
    empathy and professionalism.

5. Employee Well-being and Benefits:

  • Design and implement wellness programs and initiatives to
    promote employee well-being.
  • Collaborate with benefits providers to develop and administer
    comprehensive employee benefits packages.
  • Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction and well-being data to
    drive continuous improvement.

6. Human Resources Strategy and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement long-term Human Resources strategies
    aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure
    compliance and minimize legal risks.
  • Partner with leadership to proactively address Human Resources
    challenges and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
    related field
  • Proven experience as a People and Culture Manager or similar Human
    Resources leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and
    employment laws, in the Midle East (UAE, KSA, QAR)
  • Experience in building and shaping Group company culture from scratch
    is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to
    influence and inspire others.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to align Human Resources initiatives
    with organizational goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee
    relations, and learning and development.
  • Experience in GCC region preferrable knowledgeable of Labor Law in
    Qatar, UAE and KSA

Languages

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals,
    professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
    Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals[{{type}} Annotation][{{type}} Annotation][{{type}} Annotation]
    in English.
  • Arabic is an Advantage
