We are looking to hire a qualified Head Rigger to support our team. As a Head rigger, you will be required to work closely with the sales and project management team as well as the clients in consulting them and developing rigging solutions. To prepare technical drawings and work with our structural engineers to prepare for the structural reports. To book material and equipment in our rental management software (Current-RMS) train our rigging team and prepare risk assessments and method statements. You have deep knowledge of Vectorworks and Braceworks and you are familiar with Microsoft 365 and other software. You support the team with the preparation of the material before loading and supervise installation but are also not too shy to get your hands dirty if necessary. You will also be required to communicate with the rigging team and ensure compliance with strict health and safety regulations.

To ensure a successful application as a Head rigger, you should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, and hold a PLASA NRC Level 3, SQQ2 Level 3, or a similar rigging education certificate. Excellent communication skills on the social and technical level, a centered personality and a willingness to work with an international workforce (yes, we have 16 different nationalities in our company) are a must. Strong negotiation skills in English in writing and verbally.
